Li Keqiang Leaves Beijing for Visits to Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Latvia and Russia and Attendance at Series of International Meetings

On the morning of November 2, 2016, at the invitation of Prime Minister Sooronbay Jeenbekov of the Kyrgyz Republic, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Prime Minister Maris Kucinskis of the Republic of Latvia and Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev of the Russian Federation, Premier Li Keqiang left Beijing by special plane to pay an official visit to Kyrgyzstan and attend the 15th Meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Council of Heads of Governments (Prime Ministers), pay an official visit to Kazakhstan and attend the 3rd China-Kazakhstan Regular Prime Ministers' Meeting, pay an official visit to Latvia and attend the 5th Summit of China and Central and Eastern European Countries, and pay an official visit to Russia and attend the 21st Regular Meeting between Chinese Premier and Russian Prime Minister.
