Li Keqiang Sends Message of Condolences to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan over Deadly Terrorist Attack in Pakistan

On August 10, 2016, Premier Li Keqiang sent a message to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif of Pakistan, extending condolences over the deadly terrorist attack hitting Quetta city in Balochistan province of Pakistan.

Li Keqiang said in the message of condolences that I am shocked to learn about the terrorist attack striking Quetta city in Balochistan province of your country, which caused heavy casualties. China strongly condemns the attack. On behalf of the Chinese government, I would like to extend deep condolences to the victims and heartfelt sympathy to the families of the victims and those injured.

Li Keqiang said that China firmly opposes terrorism of all forms, and will staunchly support the unremitting efforts of the Pakistani government and people to maintain national security and stability and fight terrorism as always.
