Li Keqiang and Prime Minister Milo Đukanović of Montenegro Exchange Congratulatory Messages to Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of Establishment of Bilateral Diplomatic Relations

On July 6, 2016, Premier Li Keqiang and Prime Minister Milo Đukanović of Montenegro exchanged congratulatory messages to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral diplomatic relations.

In his congratulatory message, Li Keqiang expressed that since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Montenegro 10 years ago, bilateral relations have maintained consistent and steady development and exchanges and cooperation in all fields have developed vigorously and achieved fruitful results. China is willing to make joint efforts with Montenegro to make full use of the cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) and other platforms to push China-Montenegro relations and cooperation in all fields to another new level.

Milo Đukanović stated in his congratulatory message that Montenegro-China relations enjoy firm foundation and cooperation in all fields has achieved satisfactory results. China-CEEC cooperation mechanism has injected new dynamic to bilateral relations. Montenegro highly appreciates China for its contribution to Montenegro's development and construction. The government of Montenegro and himself will continue to make unremitting efforts to the development of bilateral relations.
