Xi Jinping Leaves Beijing to Attend the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris, Pay State Visits to Zimbabwe and South Africa and Chair the Summit of FOCAC in Johannesburg of South Africa

On November 29, 2015, President Xi Jinping left Beijing by special plane for France to attend the opening events of the UN Climate Change Conference in Paris at the invitation of President Francois Hollande of France and President-Designate of the conference Laurent Fabius; for state visit to Zimbabwe at the invitation of President Robert Mugabe of the Republic of Zimbabwe; for state visit to South Africa at the invitation of President Jacob Zuma of the Republic of South Africa and for Johannesburg to chair the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit.

President Xi Jinping's wife Mme. Peng Liyuan, Member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and Director of the Policy Research Office of the CPC Central Committee Wang Huning, Member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, Member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee and Director of the General Office of the CPC Central Committee Li Zhanshu, State Councilor Yang Jiechi and others accompanied Xi Jinping for his visits.
